I hear from our stand build teams almost weekly about how many times people at exhibitions come up to them in a last minute panic, asking if they can borrow a certain Allen key, a screw driver, a drill, a hammer…the list goes on.
Fortunately for our teams we don’t need these tools as our exhibition stand system has been designed to not need any fiddly tools that can be lost or forgotten. Our aluminum frame work expands to create the walling for your stand, this locks in to place with mechanical catches then all that’s left to do is put your magnetic bars, insert your shelving or TV brackets if needed, and then attach your graphics.
The graphics all attach magnetically and are poled so they snap in to position, saving so much time when compared to traditional steel bars as the mag tape can slide around, meaning you have to manually line everything up. No easy task when you have the clock ticking by and the pressure of the exhibition opening time seems to make everything go twice as fast!
Speaking of fast, I bet that our stand system is probably the fastest to set up. For example a 5m x 4m stand with a TV, counter and maybe some shelving would take our 2 man team around 1 hour 30 minutes to erect.
A traditional custom build stand this size? Probably an entire day if not more.
Then when it comes to breakdown, the speed of which it can be broken down is mind blowing, we can even get into an exhibition and out with everything packed away into the van before our 1 hour loading bay time slot finishes!
