Initial Brief
Golden Coast wanted a stand that felt immersive, well branded, and purposeful from every angle. The aim was to create a space that would lock visitors in rather than let them simply pass by, while still making it easy to explore the products and start conversations with the team.
It was important that the stand reflected the strength of the Golden Coast brand while also working hard from a practical exhibition point of view. The space needed to support product showcasing, informal meetings, and a more relaxed hospitality feel, all within one cohesive environment.
Design & Planning
To meet the brief, the stand was designed with a strong sense of structure and flow. The layout effectively created three distinct rooms within the stand, helping to guide visitors naturally through the space while giving each area its own purpose.
This approach allowed Golden Coast to combine product displays, seating areas, and a bar area without the stand feeling crowded or disconnected. Each section worked as part of a wider visitor journey, helping the team engage people for longer and present their offering in a more considered way.
From a branding point of view, the design created a space that felt consistent, impactful, and unmistakably Golden Coast. The finished concept balanced bespoke visual impact with the flexibility of a modular build, delivering a stand that looked premium while remaining practical.
Build
The build process ran smoothly, with the final stand coming together to a very high standard on site. The Golden Coast team commented positively on the quality of the builders and the support they provided throughout the installation.
One particular success was the way the team responded to late changes in the build plan. Right at the last minute, adjustments were needed to accommodate a new TV and reposition another. These changes were handled quickly and effectively on site, ensuring the final stand worked exactly as needed without compromising the overall finish.
That flexibility and attention to detail helped make the entire process more seamless for the client and ensured the stand was ready to perform from the moment the show opened.
Results
The stand delivered very positive feedback at Spatex 2026, both from Golden Coast and from people across the exhibition. Its strong branding, well-planned layout, and inviting atmosphere helped it stand out in a busy show environment.
The reaction from other exhibitors was especially telling, with people actively asking who had built the stand. That level of interest is often one of the clearest signs that a stand has made an impression.
Following on from previous success, this stand won a Best Stand award the year before. It gave the team an exhibition space that not only looked the part, but also worked hard for the brand throughout the event.
