Initial Brief
We were instructed by the Vaping Group to create a casino experience for The Vaper Expo UK '23. It was a large plot and needed to be built in a 19m x 17m space. The space had to be casino themed, with space for 4 roulette tables and 4 slot machines. Other features had to include recycling bins, an LED video wall, closed off meeting area, an area to distribute prizes, a chill-out area, and a bar for drinks. The client also instructed that the casino needed to be reused for other shows, both in the UK and internationally, throughout the year.
Design & Planning
Our design team created a space that fit the brief perfectly. The visitor journey through the exhibit flowed extremely well and every essential part of the casino was obvious and accessible. The large format branding and the positioning of screens were ideal for displaying their marketing materials and information.
Build
This project took 2 days to build and the client was very happy with the end result. They gave an onsite stand build score of 10/10 and a service score of 10/10. Over the course of the show the casino experience was a big hit with show visitors. It attracted a lot of attention and created a lot of brand awareness.
