Initial Brief
The initial brief was to design and build a stand at the Vaper Expo UK '23 for a 13m x 8m plot and its purpose was to increase brand awareness. The stand needed to include a hanging banner, a walk in storage area, and private meeting area. We were given creative freedom and requested that we "add the WOW factor". Other requirements were a coffee machine, fridge, and LCD screens to display marketing material.
Design & Planning
Our design team took the initial brief and really added the WOW factor. Keeping inline with brand guidelines, they created a bright and vibrant stand. Engaging and informational graphics displayed the clients' products in a way that could not be missed. A custom printed vinyl floor was added, and backlit logos and light boxes were used to illuminate important branding and messaging.
Build
This project took 1 day to build and the client was over the moon with their their finished stand. They gave an onsite stand build score of 10/10 and a service score of 10/10.
