I wanted to email you because I have to say I am very impressed with your company. From start to finish everyone has been extremely helpful and done their utmost to turn this around in a short time frame. I know we have had a few hiccups – the design having to be changed from the original, problems with the artwork being placed correctly by the design team and size of the stand changing but you have been fantastic, very understanding, patient helpful and kind. Alistair was also brilliant as I was dealing with him originally he did everything possible to get this done for us and was very reassuring that you could turn this around in time.
Jamie, Jack and Jason (the three J’s) were brilliant, I was about to make them take everything down and reposition it and they were willing to do it! They stayed until I was completely happy and again I was so impressed with them. Jamie helped us bring stuff in from the car with his trolley which really helped us too. They were all brilliant.
The whole team are fabulous – You, Alistair and the three J’s have been absolutely great and completely professional, I would recommend you to anyone. Thank you for ensuring I could enjoy the show as everything was done. I can’t praise you enough and I look forward to our next show!
