A case study of a recent design and build for Revolut.
Initial Brief
Revolut, a leading financial technology company, approached us with a vision for a modern, sharp-looking exhibition stand that would embody their brand’s cutting-edge image. The stand needed to not only capture the sleek, innovative essence of Revolut but also provide a functional space where business could happen. One of the key requirements was a private area for meetings to facilitate meaningful discussions away from the bustling show floor. Additionally, Revolut required branded merchandise, such as t-shirts, hoodies, notepads, and coffee cups, to enhance brand visibility and visitor engagement.
Design & Planning
Our team set to work designing a versatile, modular exhibition stand that could be re-used and reconfigured for different event spaces, ensuring maximum value for Revolut. The design focused on clean lines, bold aesthetics, and high-quality finishes to convey a modern and sophisticated look. We integrated a designated private meeting area, providing a secluded space for Revolut’s team to hold discussions while still being part of the main event.
To further elevate the stand’s appeal, we incorporated LED floor edging and stand edging, which added a striking visual effect and accentuated the stand’s sleek design. These LED elements not only enhanced the stand’s modern appearance but also made it stand out on the exhibition floor, especially in low-light environments. To strengthen the brand experience, we incorporated branded merchandise, ensuring that Revolut’s identity was woven into every aspect of the stand. The strategic layout was carefully planned to create a smooth flow of traffic, encouraging visitors to explore all areas of the stand. Positioned right next to their biggest competitor, the stand was designed to make a powerful visual impact and clearly stand out from the crowd.
Build
The build process brought the design to life, with the modular structure enabling a quick and efficient assembly on-site. High-quality materials were used throughout to maintain a premium finish, while the flexible modular design allowed for potential future reconfigurations, making the stand adaptable for different exhibition spaces. The LED floor and stand edging were carefully installed to ensure maximum effect, creating a captivating ambiance that drew visitors in.
The finished result exceeded expectations, with Revolut’s staff and visitors alike praising the stand’s look and feel. Positioned next to their biggest competitor, the stand truly shone, drawing attention for its sleek design, striking LED accents, and impressive presence. Revolut was so impressed with the outcome that they awarded the stand a 10/10 score for both the stand itself and the service provided. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with Revolut expressing their delight in how the stand not only looked stunning but also served as a functional and effective space for engaging with attendees.
